I had the pleasure of working with Mohammed on a programme at BAE and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any SAP training / management roles.
Mohammed initially joined the BAE programme to support the Business Resourcing Planning workstream, however, during his time on the programme he worked with various work streams and training team members to help them achieve their deadlines and targets. This is testament to his work ethic and his adaptable, and personable approach, which saw him quickly became an integral part of the training team.
Technically he demonstrated excellent and extensive SAP knowledge, across various modules, and was willing to develop new skills and knowledge on areas he was not as familiar with in order to complete deliverables.
He shared this knowledge and experience with the training management teams, providing key information to help shape and define a training programme and curriculum that would meet the business needs.
Mohammed was extremely well-respected by colleagues in the training team, management teams, technical teams as well as the business teams. He would be an asset to any organisation or company.

I have been very lucky to work with Mohammed over the past few months. Mohammed is a very talented SAP Consultant and on top of that he is a very nice person. We worked well together under tight deadlines and we enjoyed a very collaborative relationship. Mohammed has strong SAP skills and is a very talented Training Manager. One area of working in training is being able to interact with end users, project team members and stakeholders alike and Mohammed demonstrated this very well, which is sometimes lacking in people working in the training arena. I hope very much that I get to work with Mohammed again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him for future roles and would definitely have him on any projects that I manage.

Mohammed was a much valued member of our training team. It was a difficult protracted programme, but Mohammed kept his cool, and just carried on delivering, and producing materials of high quality, always with a smile. He showed great versatility in being able to work on subjects outside of his core knowledge. I would have no doubt in asking Mohammed back again if I needed another trainer for SAP.
